Their review says all you need to know. They did tell me after the fact that the person was out on an emergency and never offered a solution. If their "certified" lawn guy was out, why not call and tell me? I will be happy to post my emails and let the public decide. The rudeness was on their side. She said they had GPS and time data and knew my yard was done. They did not even entertain the idea I might be right and offer to check with staff. I think they were embarrassed I had cameras and their assertions were contradicted. They advertised on Facebook and looked like a full service yard company. Initially I had some difficulties with this company but the problems were solved quickly and they have been wonderful ever since. I learned that my initial problems occurred because my messages were not getting to the appropriate people. Highly recommend this group now!

Highly recommend this company for my lawn services. They are efficient and pay attention to detail. Josh did an amazing job he made sure the bushes were trimmed and left no trace of grass-cut mess in my yard.

Falsely advertise services—they did not do clock adjustment as advertised with assessment quote. Quotes are exorbitant so they can just come collect the quote fee. Despite their website saying they offer free quotes. The owner is a bit crazy coming over and delivering letters. The office is in St Augustine—yet made up excuses that tech drove over a hour to come to us…we are also in St Augustine. Like we don’t pay for tech to come from other houses—the main office is usually used as the point of reference. But either way you don’t charge customers for drive time for a quote to generate business. That’s craziness. Stay away. Just was very fortunate to see the incredible clean up from The Grounds Guys after Hurricane Milton blew through ST Augustine. Came home to our location in ST Augustine yesterday looking like a war zone of tree limbs and debris and woke up this morning to about 12-16 workers that worked as if 75-100 workers were cleaning up.. Looks like nothing ever Happened just 24 hrs ago. I would hire this company over any I’ve ever seen do any cleanup. Hope people appreciate the amazing job they do
