The Group

I had major mold and water damage in my sunroom and part of my living room. My insurance agent called a different company on Tuesday when he came to examine my premise. On Friday I still hadn’t received a call so I called the agent back and on Monday he called another company, The Renovation Group. They called me back within 10 minutes and the next day started the renovation. I noticed there was another problem area so I called Octavia who worked for the company. He called his team and the situation was resolved. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The team that worked in my home demonstrated a strong worth ethic. They showed dedication and commitment to the job. Thank you so much. It was an exceptional experience from the start to finish.

The experience of quick water removal, mold removal, was easy! We were not expecting a “indoor flood”! Allstate set them up, they were quick, respectful of our property, and came back several times until everything was dried out. The responses were quick when we had questions, the staff was polite, and we were able to leave our young adult daughter there, to let them in and oversee, without problems. The clean up after the dry out was seamless also! The young man left the zipper enclose to b allow for us to continue using now that the rest of the bathroom has to be demolished. The Team from the Restoration Group was very professional and used all of the latest equipment and procedures for water damage cleanup and remediation. They listened to our concerns throughout the process and communicated with us on a regular basis. The Project Manager "Nick" was a true leader who owned the responsibility for the entire project. He was very knowledgeable and poised even when working under pressurized and difficult conditions. My wife and I truly appreciate the care that the Restoration Group took with our property. They quickly assess the situation, communicated what needed to be done and understood what we were going through during a difficult time. STAY AWAY!!! And I NEVER write reviews !!! From start to finish, I am very disappointed in this company. They sent workers here that don’t speak a word of English, which I understand language barriers, but they should have someone at least that can translate what the employees are trying to say to their customers. They started work, Did a great job downstairs, however left a mess behind damage, my vanity and a tile in the bathroom. I knew they wanted more money which my insurance was paying and I requested for them to rectify my kitchen area, but they insisted that they had to remove my hardwood floor in order to do that which I knew was a lie. After speaking with a contractor and a hardwood floor guy I learned that this was incorrect. They came to remedy the kitchen and left their ancient

The teams who came to our house after our kitchen flooded were all great. From first inspection through 2 rounds of material removal (which included packing up and moving our things) and final clean-up they were on top of everything and professional. And their communication was exceptional.
