Exceeded my expectations again and again. Nice prices. Incredible craftsmanship. Sam rebuilt a deck that was collapsing. Instead of tearing the whole thing down. He salvaged the braces he could safely and levelled the whole thing out. It looks amazing and its better than new. He used quality materials. Took his time but got it done quickly. I am so glad we stumbled upon him. He is my new Go To for pretty much anything. Next he is rebuilding the dock. Can't wait!

So at first we thought he was amazing, he was doing a decent job the first 2 times he came to work on our house, after that he had hurt his back and we noticed his quality of work really started going downhill, we now have many problems with stuff that he “worked” on. He also gave us a quote and we have spent 3k over what he quoted us and now we are out that and have to pay another person to fix it. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Have used Sam's service for three different jobs, from tearing out and replacing a wall and flooring to destructing and carrying off a whole mobile home. We have had no problems with his workmanship nor his personality.
