True and his collective work hard to gather as much information about the particular job beforehand, so that they can come in and get it right, and get it done. They recently did a lot of work for us (a private school) and we couldn't be more pleased. They take great care of their surroundings and clean up after themselves very well. The price we paid was not what was expected, but that was because of some surprise expenses.
