A disappointment. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Timing and communication are poor. Does not set clear expectations. I called Cecil to ask for help with one thing: patching larges holes in our drywall. He said he'd be there in the afternoon. He never showed and never let us know he wasn't coming. I reached out again the following week and he said he happened to be in town so he could be there in 10 minutes. He looked at the drywall and said he'd get back to me. I said, oh, could you look at our roof, too? I think there might be a couple areas that need shingles replaced and maybe boards, too. He said he'd have to come back with one of his "guys." Called the company at 10:35 am on 6/19/20. A gentleman picked up and I explained the situation about my door jam. The gentleman told me to text him at the number I called with my name, address, and said to put rotten door jams in the text message, he also told me he would call back later that day. Never heard back from the company the whole day. Texted the gentleman back and told him forget it, I'll got with someone else. Not a very good first impression, I can see why the google reviews are 2.6 for the business.

Never received an estimate after Cecil came out to look at the job. I called and texted multiple times only to be told that he he forgot or had no recollection of what I was expecting.

Cecil and his crew do great work. The were very attentive to all of my questions and paid great attention to detail. From a full build to remodels, these are the guys to call!

Called them, said they would be at my place 10:30 the following morning. Never showed up or make a call to change schedule. Called again, left message, no return call. I moved on and called someone else with results.
