We hired Heartland Builders to transform our original 1949 bathroom into something much more modern - boy, did they deliver! Leen, Hilary, Carlos and crew were highly professional from start to finish, with timely, thorough communication and helpful consultation. The team went above and beyond to deliver the bathroom we envisioned (working long hours to meet schedule), and were quick to make corrections on the few occasions that there were misunderstandings. You can tell that the team takes great pride in the work they do, and that having a high standard for quality is a priority for them. We plan to bring Heartland Builders back for future projects around our home, and highly recommend you do the same!

We hired heartland builders for finishing our 1100 sq feet unfinished basement space. Logan from Heartland worked with us throughout out this process. They were very quick to start the process and finished it in 6 weeks end to end. They even gave us a very competitive pricing , with a high grade finish. The workers who came to finish the job were very professional though out the process. They gave us choices to choose from. If we were too busy, Logan would do a run down and even send pics for the choice we would like. They were very flexible with choices also if we needed anything additional. It was all so easy. I really recommend these builders. From making the drawings to delivering it awesome job throughout. They are a great team.

I reached out to The Heartland Builders as I was looking to get the exterior of my house repainted. I could not be any happier with the service that was provided. I used Heartland Builders for two jobs in my house - one was general construction/remodel work and the other was to build a new deck. The guys did a fabulous job! I found the pricing competitive. Communication with Logan was great and he answered all of my questions timely and professionally. Special shout out to Enoch who is a wonderful perfectionist! He worked on both jobs and made sure that everything was as it should be! I will definitely be using the team again this fall!

We had our master bathroom completely renovated, kitchen countertops replaced and backsplash added, and most of the first floor painted by Heartland. Positive: Customer service was responsive to issues that came up during construction. Workers were polite. Project was scheduled quickly after signing contract and work was completed on time. From a distance, some of the work looks good. Cons: Upon close inspection, overall quality for most work was mediocre. Many kitchen and bath tiles are misaligned and the bathroom grout was already crumbling. After catching several shortcuts, including non-code compliant plumbing, we are concerned what else was missed that will cause future issues. When we requested fixes for several items, they demanded final payment before they would address them. Aft
