I visited this location a few weeks ago and I had the best Customer Service that I have had in a long time and it blessed me. I was greeted pleasantly. I felt welcome. I saw people getting paid to help me asked for and and received assistance with a great attitude. Then I got to the register and she directed me and took and scanned my item with the #Chick-fil-A my pleasure. Then I said where is your manager She gave me her name I went over and said You are doing a great job because its reflecting in your people. Now I know you're wondering what was so amazing. But based on where they are located I was already prepared for attitude and bad service and Im from NY so I can adapt. But each and every person representing home depot that day made sure that I had a great EXPERIENCE at at time w

Quick in and out for what you need! I came in on a busy morning to get some keys made. Even though the self serve key kiosk was down, Gil was helping a line of people at key services. Friendly and upbeat, he kept the line moving and greeted everyone with a warm smile. Great customer service and I was done faster than I expected.

Top notch customer support. Paula sorted out an incorrect delivery in the middle of a winter storm panic rush on generators and heaters. Then helped me find the correct item, got a forklift to get it off a to shelf, and a cart to carry it. She made sure I had everything I needed. Fantastic job Paula.

I’m an avid home depo guy. I actually worked at one for a short period of time. I bleed orange when it comes to retail stores. This store off the rip gives you bad vibes. The people in the parking lot hovering over your car and truck. Then when you ask the manager about a policy about returns they blow it off and turned me away. No worries I now know this home depo is rough. Just a heads up. Everyone that is a pro x member beware. I’ll drive 20 mins into traffic before I go here again.

I come in here way more than I want to admit. Especially since Christmas, I’ve painted my own house. I’m turning a bathtub into a walk-in shower then I’m gonna be cutting dry rod out of the floor and replacing flooring next. I specifically come to this location because they leave me alone and let me do all of my weird ChatGPT stuff in peace on the aisle because I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’m getting stuff done.
