The Home Depot

I go to several different Home Depot's, not to fond of this one. Even though this one is close to my home, unless it is an emergency I won't continue to patronize them. If I have to check myself out I don't need the staff standing around me and not being assistive. It's obvious they have a high theft issue here. They are not on my favorites list. Judge for yourself.

The customer service representative need to understand the need for both in person and over the phone customer service!! I was on hold over 4 minutes then disconnected. Walked in while on the phone another customer walks up to his register NO LINE and put me on hold. “We’re shorts staffed “ his initial response I checked in on the mobile app waited 10 minutes before calling. NO ONE ELSE in the pickup spots! This is unacceptable custom service. I visited store #2501 at 310pm on December 11, 2025

The Home Depot Glen Burnie is a good Home Depot. It's one of the better ones I've been to in a while. The service desk could be a little more helpful or at least have been a little more respectful to their guests (it was not me i just noticed the way a couple of different guests in line were being spoken to) but the checkout on the pro-side was great 👍

Tool rental was easy, inexpensive,and the tool i rented was in good working condition. Plus the convenience of being able to rent tools on the weekend is huge! Most rental companies like United rentals,Sunbelt,etc. Are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
