The Home Depot

I have to say that in the day prior I was at Lowe’s and they don’t match up to the level of service of Home Depot. I was looking for a vacuum and not in a rush so I was exploring where the vacuums were located. The staff automatically would walk up to me to see if I needed help. I haven’t seen a more committed team to ensure customers are serviced. During my 20 minute visit there was 4 different people that checked if I was helped. Customer service 5 stars all the way.

Excellent service. Placed an order for curbside pickup. After checking in my order was brought out to me within a few minutes. This store is nice, clean, and well stocked.

This has to be our favorite Home Depot! Everyone is very helpful, and the store is always clean and organized. We have had to go to Home Depot the past two days, and both times a gentleman name Jeff has been SO helpful! He knows the store so well and can tell you exactly where an item is located if you are having trouble finding it.

We placed an order for a customized door on September 19, 2025, and were informed that it would take approximately 4–6 weeks. When we followed up with the store, we were told the delivery date was November 12. We did not receive any call, so we contacted the store again and were then given revised dates of November 28 and later December 12. When we asked for an explanation, we were repeatedly transferred between departments for nearly two hours. One associate/manager was extremely rude and responded, “What do you want us to do?”—despite the fact that $5,449.92 had already been charged to us. We requested a refund, but this was denied, and we were told we would be charged unreasonable cancellation fees. We were eventually informed that the door had arrived, but there was “no availability”

Nice clean store but the "self checkout" is annoying. I want to actually self checkout when I use.... self checkout. I don't need an employee scanning my items and taking more of my time than needed. Maybe have both options and leave people alone who want to use the self checkout registers? I don't need someone holding my hand to ring up a couple items and make payment
