Dib (that little Indian dude who was spotting for the pallet drivers) was exceptional. He braved the elements to make it to work. A true inspiration. If all employees were like Dib, Home Depot would be a better place to shop.

I've been having problems with this store. 5300 Windward Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA, 30004, US I bought a dryer and returned it almost a month ago. They still haven't refunded my money; they just keep saying they're processing it. This morning I went to the store with my physical card, but they still told me the supervisor had to be there and that I should call at 11:30 a. m. , I called at 11:45 a. m. and they said their supervisor was very busy, that they were going to open a case, and that I should wait a few days. I recommend not buying anything online from this store. I will keep waiting until they refund my $750.00. 02-17-26 - Home Depot still hasn't refunded my money.

The customer service is not great. When I was asking a rep about keyless Locks, he just stared me down and looked at me as if I was an idiot. It’s not my fault that the things you need for doors are on three different aisles then I went to check out at the self checkout lane, and had two ladies stare me down as I was checking out the first lady asked if I needed any help and I politely told her no but thank you. A second lady came up asked if I needed help, I then told her no, and she proceeded to go through my cart and help me “Organize” my cart. It was very intrusive. It felt like she was searching my cart to see if I was going to steal anything.
