The Home Depot

Last night I went to this store to buy lots of different things for a renovation including appliances. I was very impressed by the level of service they provided specially for the attention and help provided by the Supervisor, Mr. Neal Elliott. He was above and beyond my expectations! I definitely recommend this store!!

Outstanding employee named Victor Cordero at the Home Depot in Altamonte Springs, Florida. He was extremely helpful, polite, and approachable exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when shopping at Home Depot. Even when he couldn’t find the specific item I was looking for, he didn’t just stop there or brush me off like some employees do. Instead, he went out of his way to get the manager involved to make sure I received the help I needed. That level of dedication and customer care really stood out to me. Victor truly represents what great customer service should be friendly, proactive, and genuinely interested in helping customers. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Please pass along my appreciation for his excellent service.

I went to return an item today at 10:45 am . there were two employees helping in customer with the return, and there was another employee helping a customer. Another customer after those were done the two employees seeing that I was waiting to do a return, proceeded to walk off and not even get anybody to help me. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to finally help me with my return. this location has poor customer service this happened today and I’ve also seen tons of employees just on their phones not doing anything. One of the employees that walked off was clearly a manager by their tag. I’m not quite sure if he trained people that they trained people or something, but this definitely needs to be.

Marie Baity provided exceptional service with my kitchen renovation project. She was knowledgeable, helpful warm and thoughtful. I bought all 4 new kitchen appliances with Marie’s help (stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave). I will be back to see Marie when my next project is kicked off. Thank you Marie for being so helpful

I was helped my a very kind man named danny d. I was looking for a fire pit and wood for starting a fire with friends at my house. he showed me all the different fire pit options, informed me which would be best, taught me how to build the fire, helped me load the very heavy wood and fire pit into my car, all while being very pleasant and happy. he made my home depot experience much better than your average trip to the store.
