The Home Depot

I went in today to purchase 4 sets of shelves. I needed help finding all 4 and loading them in my truck. Amy helped me find what I needed…. 2 of the shelves were at the very top, she didn’t hesitate to get up there and bring them down. She then checked me out AND helped me load them into my truck. She was so kind and the level is service she provided was exceptional. Thank you Amy! You’re the best!

I had an outstanding experience working with Amy K. in the flooring department. She took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly knows her craft inside and out. Amy also walked me through the financing options with my new Home Depot card, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m so pleased with the treatment I received from Amy that I’ll definitely be returning—and I will personally ask for her for all of my future flooring needs. Highly recommend her, she knows what true customer service is! 10+ stars!

Big thanks to Koby in the paint department for helping us out. He spent lots of time explaining and helping us pick the right type of stain, finish color and brushes. Made the process great and the end result was awesome. Next paint project we will make sure he is working. Thanks again Koby

It's Home Depot. I have been in many Home Depots and this one is pretty average. They have most of your Home improvement needs. The knowledge of employees vary greatly, you might find a retired contractor that is excellent, or some guy that doesn't a hammer from a screw driver. Take advice from staff at your own risk.

Assistant manager Kari went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Outstanding customer service. Would recommend. Would shop again.
