Paid extra for cabinets to be delivered inside residence. Also requested signature for deliver they dropped my cabinet off in the middle of the parking lot! On a rainy day! I called spoke to 2 managers and was offered a discount on my next purchase? What about a discount on this foolishness! I don’t want to spend another penny in this store!

Great experience at Home Depot! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and I found everything I needed for my project quickly. The store was well organized, and checkout was smooth. Definitely my go-to place for home improvement supplies.

My family and I were in the market to upgrade our bathroom cabinet and countertop. Before visiting the store, we checked prices online and found an option we liked for $259. When we arrived at the Home Depot on Jonesboro Road, that same item was priced at $471, which was a huge difference. At checkout, the cashier explained that they were unable to price match due to recent direction from management. I work in retail myself, so I understand policies and margin requirements. We were then instructed to place the order online and select store pickup instead. After ordering online, we went to Customer Service to provide the order number. Unfortunately, the associate (Kelly) told us—very abruptly—that we would not be able to leave with the item today or anytime soon because online orders must

Although I didn’t find the item I needed, they gave me a great, cost-saving alternative, and even showed me how to conduct a repair! They were amazing! A true example of customer service! Arrived to the Home Depot today to purchase closets organizers for a rental property. The store seemed very busy located on Jonesboro Road. To my understanding, this particular store is one of the first five originals in Georgia. My expectations were extremely high as always. I am a Home Depot pro And I shop often in their VIP status. However, this trip was one of the worst Customer Service trips of experienced in Home Depot. They were associates that followed the Home Depot protocol by speaking and asking if we needed help that was a plus there was a lady in the (Flooring) section who asked us if I had to base it just off of her I will give her a five stars just for that.
