We rented a truck last night and drove it briefly around the building, but I became sick shortly after and we had to leave the truck and head home. First thing in the morning, I spoke with Keith, and he showed real grace and understanding toward the situation. Keith worked together with the manager to review what happened and come up with a fair, reasonable solution. The way they handled it showed genuine care, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. Situations like this can be stressful, and their willingness to listen and help made a big difference. I am an Elite member of Home Depot as I am a General Contractor. I visit many different Home Depot locations throughout the year and this one is BY FAR THE WORST. From the store manager all the way down to the loading staff. While I have been building here in Watkins I have visited several times. While I load hundreds of pieces of lumber the employees stand around and watch. When I ask for help to load over 600 pieces of lumber, it takes at least 30 mins for anyone to show up and then instead of bundling and palletizing my order and fork lifting onto my trailer, they send a 16 year old kid out to help me load one at a time. Return policy has additional policies contractors like me are not aware of until the client return several thousands of dollars in products due to damage and defects. W

Me and my wife ordered a simple 60x 80 inch sliding glass patio door on July 1 and Home Depot had the builder shipped to my house. After waiting for 5 weeks the door was delivered. however it was so damaged during shipping that we refused the door! So Home Depot had the builder make us another one. This time it took longer than the last time to even get the door. The door people never contacted me about the second door shipping date I had to do all the work. Then September 15 I got the second door at my house! However this door was in worse shape than the first one. After refusing the second door I was extremely upset and went into the store and demanded the manager. I was told that it would take another month at least to get a third door but they couldn’t guarantee it showing up not damag

always have a great experience at Home Depot. The store is well organized, stocked with everything I need for home repairs and projects, and the staff is very helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, someone was willing to take the time to point me in the right direction and offer good advice. Checkout is quick, prices are fair, and I can always count on finding quality tools and materials. Home Depot is my go-to place for both small fixes and bigger projects. Highly recommend!

We needed some thick twine. We looked for an employee to cut it for us. It didn't work, we tap danced on the spot and in the surrounding aisles for ten minutes or more, and then we decided to go to Lowe's. When we came out, we met three stuff members who were having a great time in a group. At Lowe's, we got what we needed in three minutes.
