I’ve had and always have had a great experience with Joy, who works in self checkout and gardening..Always very upbeat, extremely helpful and a joy(no pun) to experience. It would be optimal if all associates were as helpful and cheerful as her. She’s A+ across the board

I believe in rewarding people who give excellent customer service, and Ray at the Home Depot in Bainbridge, Ga delivered that the other day. I went in looking for hoses to hook up a new washing machine. The associate at the return desk directed me to appliances. I could not locate the hoses and did not see an associate in the department. However, I spotted two associates right around the corner on an aisle. I walked over and both greeted me. I asked where the hoses were and Ray said aisle 8, then volunteered to walk me to them. We walked directly to them and I picked the length I needed. We are on a deep well at our home and had discovered that the inlet filter on the old washing machine had become clogged. It occurred to me to ask Ray if they sold any type of inline filter for the hose. H

Helpful and Friendly! Keith from Tools came over to help me pick through some plywood and helped me find the pine trim boards I needed. He stayed to help me through checkout and loaded all of it! Thanks, Keith!

We bought some concrete and needed some help loading it and Keith (Lumber dept) came running right out to help! 5 star service all the way!

Location is great. Super friendly associates. Helped us find what we were looking for. Will we return.
