Horrible customer service, waited for 48 minutes while listening to a phone ring that no one could pick. This place needs serious help and employees that want to work instead hide

Few years ago Mike McCullough manager gave me pick of new mower. Bought one that wouldn't turn over had grief of lugging it back to store. Most recently bought fence panels a bout 15 they returned free of charge to pickup 2 of them. Great service. Fast

The people here have no idea what they're doing. Product isn't where it's supposed to be, doesn't match up to the systems. The hardware guy has eye issues and can't tell where you're pointing. Kept bringing me the wrong product. And this was after the original guy ditched trying to help me. They will have stickers up with a discounted price that doesn't match the system and when asked about it then lie to your face about there not being a sticker. I am absolutely baffled at the unprofessionalism at this store and the hardware guy There's no business working there if he doesn't even know what's going on in his own section. Not to mention feeling the need to complain about having to work because 'he just got in'. Ridiculous.

This HomeDepot had very helpful staff on the floor! Our checkout lady, Hailey, was patient with us and made sure we were more than satisfied with our purchase!

Thanks goes to associate Peggy Mutters in the paint department. She was especially helpful and informative. Her knowledge and experience is awesome. Her pleasant and friendly demeanor was refreshing.
