This review is such a heartbreaking review but I feel i need to warn everyone and do a buyer beware review. For several months I was doing research on washer and dryer sets for my family (mind you This is my first time purchasing anything like this.) We are making alot of upgrades and doing alot of projects where we live and a washer and dryer set was needed. We figured we would go through Home Depot since they have been around for a long time and I thought they had a good reputation. So back in December I ordered online a washer and dryer set and paid a good amount for them including the delivery and installation fee and we were told January 16,2026 so we were ok with it. FYI, say no black aprons! As a DIY person, I love going to home improvement stores. Normally, I would rate Home Depot 5 stars across the board. The employees (orange apron real ones) are knowledgeable and courteous and the store is well stocked. However, the folks walking around in other aprons (usually black) are so annoying. They are there to sell you something as a vendor for water treatment systems, solar panels, HVAC systems etc. They approach and ask if you need help finding something. They appear to be an employee until the sales pitch for whatever it is they are selling. The whole approach feels shady. When you call them on it, they deny that they're trying to sell you anything, they are just "schedulers". I now only speak to orange apron folks and decline "assistance" from

Nice home depot, seems really busy and they had what I needed. The roads and traffic getting here suck. Also there's a lot of CHP in the area w/ nothing to do but dish out petty tickets to people just trying to fix their homes. Not Home Depot's problem but don't drive here with a cracked windshield or a rosary hanging from your rear view mirror. You're just chumming the waters and attracting the sharks (CHP)

Terry Covrig was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met her customer service is amazing! Terry helped me with buying my first fridge today she made me feel like family the way that she was patient with me and broke down what different things means about appliances! She had such an amazing attitude. It truly made my day She really represents Home Depot customer service Policies to the fullest and she did that by being friendly and assisting me in a timely Matter! Anyone looking for fridges or need assistance in other appliances I strongly recommend she will not let you down!!! And if someone could give me corporate number, I would love to let them know That they have hired an amazing Person that represents Home Depot to the core!!

Today at about 9:40 am Heather and Leeon ( sorry if I miss spell names) were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a question about a specific screw for cabinets and boy did I learn from them. It’s amazing how much details go into finding the perfect screw and the diameter. Thank you, thank you for helping me and answering all my questions.
