The Home Depot

What can I say. It's home Depot They didn't have all the parts I needed. The employee after helping an older gentleman passed me by as I was standing there confused and I had to yell out to him to give me some assistance to then determine that they were indeed out of the parts. The ladies at the checkout were great though.

Today I went to this The Home Dept, had amazing experience with soooo much help! I had a busted sprinkler pipe and a lego that got stuck in our toilet... they helped me find the pipe and all the fixings. Alan had the most knowledge and just over all happy to help! He is super funny too! His name is spelled like that, I made sure to get it right. Haha! If he isn't already a manager... he should be promoted. Overall amazing experience!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the associates at this Home Depot. Andrew, Dane, and Kirt (or Kirk? I’m sorry I can’t remember!) were SO incredibly helpful with helping me problem solve my projects 2 days in a row! And got creative with solutions too. They were so patient and thoughtful and the positive experience means so much to me.

We spend half our life at Home Depot. My only complaint is today we came to Bend. My husband is a contractor so we had a trailer to pick up supplies. The spots that are for vehicles with trailers were all except 1 taken by pick ups and cars with NO trailers. I know some people can't read or follow directions but geez! Maybe when you round up carts put a warning on vehicles parked where they shouldn't be.

They always have what I need. Online ordering is also very easy and convenient.And what the store doesn't have online does. Most of employees like the in the plumbing or in the electrical.They are very knowledgeable.
