Customer service and overall help in the store is very good. Do not always have what I'm looking for which makes me go to their competition which is why it does not get five stars. The store is clean and relatively well organized

I’ve been shopping here for years. I shop here personally as well as a business owner. The past year has just been miserable dealing with employees here. They are just downright rude and disrespectful. My final straw today was being told “too bad so sad” after being told a tool couldn’t be bought in store and was an online exclusively priced item and they wouldn’t price match to their own website. While I may not make a dent in their profits I hope others see this and think twice before shopping here. I will take my business elsewhere.

Head cashier “Kim” was absolutely horrible I needed assistance buying/getting a blink camara product this past Monday and she wanted nothing to do with it! She was so unbelievably rude and could not have been any more resentful that I needed her assistance?! I’m sorry but don’t you want to sell your merchandise Home Depot? She’s sooo lucky I did not turn around and return everything I bought like I should have due to the sheer disrespect of this employee! I thought you wanted to sell your merchandise Home Depot?! Well with employees like Kim you will lose business as I will never return to this Home Depot again due to her! What an awful experience I had so very sad around the Holidays to have someone so unhappy at the register! Do better Home Depot!

Home Depot Appliance Delivery/Install (Bethlehem, PA) — Total mess from start to finish We ordered a brand-new dishwasher through Home Depot, expecting a smooth install and a simple “set it and forget it” upgrade. What we got instead was chaos, damage, and a “not our problem” attitude the moment things went wrong. First off, the installers showed up early and acted like our kitchen was a construction site. Tools were being dropped on the floor like it didn’t matter where they landed. No care, no caution, no professionalism.
