I echo a lot of what the other reviews would say. This is a nicely kept store with good management. They are friendly to people and have good sales. I appreciate the appliance deals they have as we are moving soon and got a deal on a new washer dryer combo. Coming back soon to get some new gardening equipment for the summer!

Love this place. People are super helpful. Get the HD app and you can check stock and location before you go. Closetmaid shelving project this time.

Canceled order. Did not send any notification for the cancelation. Meanwhile days later.. went to look and manage my order to find out. (Even tho they sent email confirming order) during the following days the item went out of stock elsewhere and when I discussed ALL HOME DEPOT DID WAS ASK IF I WANTED TO SIGN UP TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WHEN IT WAS IN STOCK.. they would NOT price match when it came back in stock. Customer service was terrible.

Today I asked for assistance with a pick up and return. I was helped by someone who stated she was newer to the returns area which is fine, I am patient. She asked for help from someone named Riley. She needed help because I rebought something online that was on sale with the intent of returning it immediately under the original receipt, as customer care instructed and has always instructed because they can’t do price adjustments. Riley seemed reluctant to help me with the pick up/return but he did it. I proceeded to shop around the store and as I was checking out, I overheard him telling his employees that I was “full of it”, that he “has never heard of doing this”, and that if he “felt like being mean” he “would have made me disassemble the original and bring it back first.” I confronted

Well I ordered at 11:45 AM and did not receive til 8pm but we did receive the order! So I will come back to tell how this looks! Maybe 4 stars or more if the tree is as advertised! We were concerned though because the order wasn’t even picked up until 7:50pm. They did get here by 8 though. And Jose was very kind!
