Such a great experience! I was cashing out and found my clearence febreze items ive been searching for & saw a ryobi item for clearence. It rang up for original price but Lindsey the store manager was so kind to even give me extra $5 off. The bagger Diane was so sweet and kind. She was full of smiles.

I ordered a expensive Item for prepaid pick up and the system showed that the item was in stock but I got a phone call saying it wasn't. We were flying out the next day and Sadia who works the pick up counter went above and beyond to help me sort it out in time for my flight ! Great customer Service ! Thanks a lot !

I was just at Home Depot and asked 5 different people for a stucco repair I had bought there before. The first person said I have no idea. The other four sent me somewhere, but never to be found. I went back to the cashier at the pro dealer and said I’m looking for Premix stucco repair. It doesn’t have to be the same brand. I finally called Home Depot and the guy on the phone told me which aisle it was on. I finally found a case of it that wasn’t opened and got one out. I know the employees can’t know where everything is, but the management needs to train the employees to look things up like the guy on the phone did.
