This location seems as good as any other. I didn't like that only self checkout was open when I was there. My kids enjoy attending the Home Depot Kids workshop monthly program.

Show some respect to your customers and bring in the damn carts. Have you lost your minds? I'll continue to go to Lowe's where they still bring in the carts and line them up down the isles.

Home depot used my confidential information to spy on me in order to connect my personal information to the separate purchases I make with them in person. i.e. they used confidential banking information in order to send me promotional emails to an email that is not directly connected to that banking information. I do NOT appreciate being spied on in public. And just because I buy something from you doesn't mean I want to give you that kind of permission. Take my confidential and personal information out of your spy files! I'm sure you have enough information already to know who I am from this review alone! If I find that someone has stolen or used my personal information to commit fraud, I now know to suspect you guys first, because you guys clearly do not understand professional boundarie

Just want to give a shout out to the employees at the Boerne, Tx store. I came in to buy a water heater on Saturday morning 11/1/25 and every employee I encountered greeted me and asked if they could help. A big thanks to the 2 employees on forklift detail who loaded the water heater onto a cart for me, to Laura at the pro desk checkout who found my account, and to the young part timer who loaded the heater onto my trailer. You all helped make it a great experience. THANKS!
