The Home Depot

I stopped by The Home Depot today to pick up a RYOBI battery, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and ready to help. They pointed me exactly where I needed to go, and I found the battery quickly without any hassle. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything you’d expect. Checkout was fast, and the whole trip was easy and efficient just how it should be. Definitely a solid five-star visit. I’ll be coming back for future tools and supplies.

Rimas was wonderful and out going in Appliances. Went above and beyond for us with helping us purchase a new Microwave. Found the one I came in for and Rimas was a huge help. Elvis was awesome at the self check out register don’t prop the option for the protection plan and he was able to go in and add it manually. I went to Bonita Springs Home Depot and spent two hours there to purchase two red shelves and a tool box by Husky (order# H6373-462475). They made delivery today and delivered a tool box. It was damaged at the back with a large cut and also dents on several sides. They showed up with one shelf in red and apparently when I paid they didn’t charge me for the second. I went back to the store to buy the second shelf and was treated poorly. Yolanda the manager was not nice at all. It was the display model they delivered. Then they wanted me to pay for another tool box and they would pick up the damaged one and then when they got around to it credit me back the damaged box. I also asked to purchase another shelf in red. She proceeded to tell me then didn’t have my second red shelf. I have a pr

I will forever be grateful to Home Depot in Bonita Springs! Not only did they have the plywood in stock, the employees I encountered were beyond helpful! The gentleman, named Hobel, was understanding, patient. Polite and kind! You don’t get better than that!!
