Outdoor garden center has great options for plants. They have a variety of indoor plants as well. Easy to find different soil types for specific needs. Staff are generally available and knowledgeable. Strangely, the sliding doors were jammed in a partially-open position. Seems like they should fix that being a hardware store and all 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went in looking for a drill for a small project. Asked an associate for a drill. I was up-sold a $250 drill not knowing general pricing. I didn’t do research under the assumption that the associates would be trustworthy enough to find an appropriate drill for my project. Returned it and will not be returning to the store after that.

I was looking to place a $5000 order. I called multiple times and after being on hold it hung up on me multiple times. When I finally was able to talk to someone they transfered me to the pro desk and they also hung up on me before anyone answered. When I got called back to the same person they said they couldn't help me place an order and they transfered me to the pro desk again which hung up me again.
