The Home Depot

I had a very nice and pleasant experience in the Rental department. The Hillti pro tool was amazing. The guys who were working behind the counter we’re kind patient and respectful, even though I had to redo my order because I didn’t have the proper down payment on the first go. Always a good experience at this Home Depot.

I seldom leave reviews, but today I had a very pleasant interaction with Steve from the paint department. I couldn’t figure out how to leave customer feedback since it’s not on the receipt. He was beyond helpful while I looked for the right paint for a DIY project. He was kind and had the right recommendation. While I waited at the register, I realized that I needed and additional can, and he went to grab another can for me so I wouldn’t lose my place in line (which was very long) this interaction makes up for all the less than friendly interactions I’ve had at Home Depot. We need more people like Steve in the paint department!

Horrible customer service at the truck rental desk. I have no idea why this man is always so incredibly rude, but it's not worth the aggravation. If you need a U-Haul just continue 3 miles down the road to Honey Do Men. They are pleasant, professional, they actually want to rent you a trunk and they have an adorable office dog. It's actually a pleasure to rent from them. I'll never, ever rent a truck from Home Depot Brewster again. Never!

Shoutout to Nicole, JJ and the original staff member’s name I missed. This past Monday was a total madhouse with Black Friday shoppers and nutty people. I had placed a large order for in-store pickup, and when I arrived the staff was overwhelmed but still accommodating. My fridge somehow went missing, but Nicole stepped in, helped me find a comparable replacement, and made sure I was fully taken care of. I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for years. Having real people who genuinely care, especially compared to online shopping, makes all the difference. Thank you for helping me out!

The Home Depot experience is nice and clean , user friendly and consistent the same store. This Home Depot has very helpful staff, easy to find items, good product availability and incredible plant’s… Pretty!
