I visited the Broomall Home Depot on [12/13/2025] with an old broken drawer that needed repair. An associate (named Phillip) took the time to look over the drawer, explain practical repair options, and walk me to the right aisles for the parts and hardware I needed. He also spent additional time to measure the drawer. In addition to the measuring he told me to wait so that he can give me some screws. To my surprise he began nailing in the nails to the bottom of the drawer. I could not believe my eyes. He completely fixed the drawer. He not only showed outstanding customer service but he showed humanity. This kind of service used be like this in the old days. I never thought that in this day and age that I would find that kind of hospitality. I will definitely return to this location becau

The Broomall Home Depot truly stands out for its exceptional customer service. Every visit feels easy and efficient, but Phillip at the service desk deserves special mention. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers solve problems and the service desk manager, Jordan, goes above and beyond to make sure every issue is handled quickly and professionally. Together, they make a great team — friendly, dependable, and committed to making sure customers leave happy. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days, but at this Home Depot, it’s clear they take pride in getting things right. I will go out of my way to come to this location before I go anywhere else.

Some of the staff are somewhat helpful. Rest of them don't even want to talk to you. BTW, try to call the store for anything. They'll keep you sending to different department and no one answers and finally hangs up, consistently.

Stopped in Thursday and Good Friday before Easter for plants for the yard. What I found was a lot of dead plants and employees standing around ignoring just how bad garden department looks Why bother bringing them in at all.

Stopped in to buy a kitchen sink. Tried to check out around 4:30PM on 11/6/2025 with a "store credit" card. It was under my wife's name, which turned out to be an insurmountable problem for this location. The manager in charge of self-checkout said that, since my wife and I do not share the same last name, she was unable to help me. She refused to even consider a screenshot of our marriage license. Instead, she zealously upheld store policy and wasted my family's afternoon. My advice to shoppers: get your paperwork in order, because "managerial discretion" appears to be absent at this location.
