Amazing store with great staff. Wonderful indoor house plant selection for a splash of color this winter.

Garbage store full of defective jankie lumber. They charge premium prices for mostly unusable wood. Bowed. Cupped. Cracked. Bent. Warped. No consistent thickness of supposed "finished" lumber. It's all junk. Anyone who tells you different either works there or doesn't know any better. Horrible lumber. Okay tools.

I called Home Depot this morning inquiring about purchasing a washer. Damion from appliances was excellent with customer service. He was patient and professional, answering all of my questions. He also processed the sale once we arrived at the store. It was refreshing to have someone who was highly knowledgeable of the department, and proficient in processing the sale. Thank you Damion! You made our purchase completely effortless with your positive attitude and kindness. 🙂

Had issues with part of my online pickup order. Completed the survey and they called and quickly remedied the issue the next morning. Great customer service. I wish Indiana Pa had a Home Depot instead of a Lowe's, Home Depot's customer service and product availability is 100% better. Thanks

We were waited on by Savanna. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to go check our options at Lowes. No luck there. Came back and she was busy with other folks. The co worker helped us. At our request, she even gave us a printout so we could call back and make our purchase from Savanna. Their employees are stellar!
