The Home Depot

The Manager is so nice & very helpful. The employees meet & greet you when you walk into the store.. When you can't find a part they show you were the product is. If it's not right, they show you the right parts you need. The service is very good. I love shopping Home Depot. It's my favorite hardware store to shop. They always have the products in stock. I love it when you walk in there. I love smelling the wood when I Walk into the store. When I first walk in: I have to smell the wood. Wood smells good to me. Decent prices. Deals are iffy sometimes. Good people/staff. Customer service reps could be better with knowledge on tool/equipement repair locations. Friendly and helpful though including the self checkout assistants. The military/xpro discounts are minimal at best.

After leaving the "other" (competitor) store frustrated due to lack of floor help at 515p (there was ONE guy and he looked like he was leaving).. When I got to Cabot store I saw 5-6 floor help employees.. I approached one who called the grouting expert who was very friendly knowledgeable and did not let me leave his area without making sure all my needs were met. That's TRUE customer service‼️💯

I been going to Cabot home depot ever since it opened. Some of the reviews I've read the lower rates are exaggerated. I've been to Lowe's and a lot of other Home Depot stores locally and in Louisiana, Cabot. Is the best I've been too. No one's perfect sometimes you just need to look in the mirror and ask yourself what would I rate myself. I've helped customers at Home Depot several times I don't work there but if people aren't willing to help each other then you should rate yourself a big goose egg. Some people complain because they're angry at the world.

You think it's just another big box hardware store,but I'm here to tell you, it's not. This home Depot has the friendliest employees I've ever encountered. My last visit there seemed to be someone working on every single isle and they always make sure to ask if you need help. Small town feel, big town selection. Cabot with the win!
