The Home Depot

Best staff of all time. My boyfriend and I walk around like dumbies and they are so beyond patient and answer every question we have. Shoutout to the ladies in the paint/appliances section. Every one of the workers there deserve a raise.

I googled the website and prepared when I walked inside to find that I needed it as I was walking through the store looking for aisle 62 which was out in the garden center to employees approached me and said may we help you they have proceeded to get me exactly what I needed. Joe and Christian provided superior customer service then they were joined by Sarah, who again was courteous, professional personable group customer service Christian had to escort me then to aisle seven to find an additional part for what I needed we got to the aisle and then we’re joined by Pete and Bob, who all got the part I needed. I checked out with a smile and cannot thank these employees enough they are truly asset to this Carlisle, Pa Home Depot. Again I was approached I did not have to search out for help. J

I was just browsing the store trying to bypass time. Was there for about 20 minutes. Store was very clean and well merchandised. Store staff was very friendly, I must have walked past 5 or 6 team members during my visit and I was greeted and was asked if I needed any help. Great job Carlisle Home Depot and Team!

Everyone is so attentive. Every home depot should be modeled after this one. I've been in many home depots across the country and none can compare. It is clean, well stocked and everyone is very knowledgeable. Keep up the fantastic work Home Depot of Carlisle PA!

They must have upgraded their staff training because almost every worker we passed was friendly and extremely helpful. They always said hello or asked if we needed assistance from entering to exiting the store.
