Very disappointed with the checkout experience. When I came to check out, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. She was struggling to scan one of the brackets and instead of handling it calmly, she became irritated and took her frustration out on me for simply purchasing items. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for customer service. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable for buying products

Disappointed when Sliding screen door I need was not available even though online search states its in stock. Asked an associate, who stated that’s all they got. This is s busy place with lots of contractors all over. Hopefully they’ll keep items on shelves arranged and floor cleaned. There are hd nearby bigger than this location yet still managed maintain cleanliness, arrangements and availability of employees to help out with simple inquiries. Garden section is nice and well stocked.

I want to give a shout out to 'E.J.'!!! This young man was in the parking lot on his break when he noticed that I was struggling to get a 50 gallon recycle bin into my truck. He asked if I needed help, then HELPED! Thank you, E.J. Your customer service was much appreciated!

Employee who was working at the front took my credit card from me in order to deny a sale, manager lied and said it was "something wrong with the machine" or she was "just trying to help." I've been going to this home depot for 3 years and its really sad to see how downhill its gone, never had a single issue in the past. There's nothing wrong with denying a sale and I would never give an issue over that, but taking my credit card is illegal, out of line, and very disrespectful, and I will be filing a complaint.

The guy who works at rentals didn’t want to rent to us. He asked if I wanted to rent something I told him yes then he said he’ll have to get his manager he wasn’t happy I didn’t say anything to him but yes. He closed the rental area and never came back I wanted 1 hour and asked if they were gonna open and they keep saying they don’t know
