Noah In the paint department is amazing. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If any kind of manager reads this review, please consider giving him a raise because he legitimately helped me so much.

I stopped by while traveling across the country and needed some bungee cords. I asked the first employee and they took me to the aisle and bin. That’s customer service! In most big box hardware stores the employees need to open an app to find the front door! But this location took care of me instantly. Thanks.

Customer service isn't good here. Plenty of nice people, but this store needs professionals of each department in each department and they should care about customer satisfaction. Essentially the opposite of the current way.

The employees here basically made me get my own lumber off of a third tier endcap and only offered me a ladder. I confronted the manager and his response was I don't know why. 3 employees were standing around watching me retrieve my own lumber in a very dangerous manner. Never again. Pathetic.

Had an issue in Cedar City Utah picking up an online order. The customer service response was “good luck at Lowe’s”. I have always had good luck at Lowe’s and I am sure that will continue in the future.
