Its a typical Home Depot in products and selections what sets it apart is the customer service desk, they were able to help me with a complex order and payment process. They were attentive, detailed and ensured it was completed exactly as I needed. The assistant manager was also amazing and made sure the employees will be recognized.

I came in to get some wood cut so I could fix my bed frame. The first thing I did when I walked in was ask if there was someone that could help with that because I had just been to 3 different stores that didn't. They said they would call someone and they would get to me when they can. I stood there an hour until they closed and now I have to sleep on the floor. I wouldn't be so mad if they were just honest instead of stringing me along until it was too late to go somewhere else. Also the company partners with Autism Speaks, a "charity" known for spreading hateful misinformation about autism. I normally refuse to come here for that alone but they were the last store in town and I desperately needed lumber.

Had an awesome experience at the Home Depot Northwoods! Donta greeted me as soon as I walked in and went out of his way to help. I’d been looking everywhere for an item I couldn’t find, and they actually had one left. The GM even gave the ok for me to get it. They really went above and beyond — great customer service all around!

Don’t buy ur appliances from Home Depot. I bought a washer with pedastal a year ago I called within the 24 hours and the bottom line is they don’t stand behind anything they sell!! I’m going to tell everyone I know go to Lowe’s!
