The best service was had today. The service was provided by Nikki in the lighting department. She was accessible - usually when I go there there is no one to be found for service. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products. She was patient and explained the options I had , based on the info I provided her. She made my purchasing process very easy because I was one of those customers not sure of what I wanted. So, I tip my hat to Home Depot. Thank you for providing me with such a smooth purchasing experience.

To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.

Was looking for some firewood in preparation for the extreme cold moving into our area. Saw online that this home depot had it in stock. Found a associate right away who pointed out where it was and how to go about making my purchase. The whole thing took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great experience.

I would like to start this review sharing the very positive experience I had at Home Depot Rivergate Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. I was looking for items to organize the Hispanic Heritage Month at school and, I was immediately guided and assisted by Callum. He helped me choosing and deciding the products that I bought and he also gave me the technical support and advices I needed when using the items. He carried my items to the costumer desk and settled the delivery for my products. Besides him there were two women called Latrese and Joyce. They helped me packing and organizing the items because they were many and alone it would be more difficult. Unfortunately, 4 of the items of my purchase got lost in a delivery made by a third party. The follow night (October 1st) I needed to com
