The Home Depot

Yesterday, I called before going to get the ice melt & was told 60 bags were still available but were going fast. I arrived within 20 minutes to be told that the manager allowed 1 person to purchase all the remaining bags when the limit was specified as 5. I appreciate the ladies at the service desk for being so nice & suggesting another place to try. How inconsiderate of that manager for not thinking about other people. I will never make a purchase there again. Thank God, I found some.

My husband and I decided to try Home Depot for our rental property needs. The customer service was great starting with Ms. Diane, Mr.Rich in appliances, Joseph and Josiah in Lumber. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service today. We made it home safety.

I had a very nice experience at this Home Depot. I happened to be in the area and stopped to check out their plants. What a pleasant surprise to see so many beautiful plants with a decent selection of them being natives. They have a large selection of pots. The isles seem pretty tidy. I wish this was closer!

After checking several places for a Starlink mini kit, most stores were out or had no knowledge of their inventory. I called the Home Depot, Taylor Rd. Chesapeake Va. store. My call to this store was not put into the usual telephone frustrating phone tree of endless computer voice deflections of wrong department and no answers.. A Real person! in customer service (Ms Juanita) picked up & quicklly answered my questions, had knowledge of their inventory and offered to hold one for me at the front service desk. I had about an hour drive to the store, walked in and walked up to the best Customer Service ever! Juanita had pulled my item and was holding it for me. In the days of robots, & disgruntled employees, I give 5 Stars to this Home Depot & Ms. Juanita!!!

I have been a customer and employee of Lowes for the past 12 years, so all that changed after I purchased my new old 1930 home in Suffolk, VA. Since 2021 we started to purchase a couple of things online, and then we went in person to do manual orders, it is like night and day. I LOVE HD. I have lots of work and am using HD. I have lowes down the street from my place, but I like the customer support I have had with HD. some employees are great some are not. But Wess made my day every time I see him or took care my orders. He is passionate, and calm to any level of stress. HD should have a greater future for Wess than just CS. All HD products.
