⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the BEST experience at Home Depot thanks to Braelon, Matt, and Randy! I came in needing help with hardware for my bed and they were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain the sizing, helped me test the fit, and made sure I left confident about putting everything back together. Customer service like that is rare these days. Professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I truly appreciate the teamwork and positive energy they showed. Give these guys a raise! Highly recommend this Home Depot location 👏🏽✨

I buy a lot of stuff from this store and usually don’t have issues if I have a return here and there. The last time I took something back about 2 weeks ago, even though I paid with a debit card and returned everything as it was bought, they only returned a portion to my debit card and then put a random amount on a store gift card. Weird but whatever, fast forward to this morning, I need an 50 amp breaker to add to my garage breaker box and a 220 outlet. I try and pay for part of it on that store gift card and it says there’s a zero balance. So I pay for it all on my debit card. End up realizing at home that there was already a 50 amp breaker not being used so I didn’t need the one I bought. Never pulled it out if the bag. I go to return it tonight, wait for at least 20 min in line. The guy

This location has easy access with plenty of parking. During my visit the store was very busy but most of the staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions that I had. The store was presentable and clean for the most part. The item I was looking for was in limited supply but I ultimately ended up getting something else that was a better deal in my eyes. My only suggestion would be for the employees that just stand there and stare at you when you're in there zones/areas/sections I guess you call it would be for them to ask if you need assistance or help with anything instead of just watching you walk in circles staring at the same stove/washer/refrigerator.

Even with a fairly numerous customer presence, I was greeted by several employees and was only in line for order pickup less than 5 minutes. My order was correct, well organized and easy to carry out and load into pickup. Even the 10 foot lengths of foam core PVC was not cracked and it was banded together. Home Depot Chattanooga Plaza does a great job, employees work hard and are helpful and the store is clean. Awesome place and people! I tried ro live there but they said that wasn't allowed.

I recently visited the Home Depot on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Chester, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The garden center was definitely the highlight of my trip. They had a ton of colorful plants and products that would make any outdoor living space feel like a whole vibe. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products, and it really made me excited to start working on my backyard this season. One thing I needed to do during my visit was rent a van, and the process was really straightforward and easy. The customer service rep at the front of the store was incredibly helpful and did a phenomenal job of multitasking and explaining all the policies.
