Well-stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding and recommending the products that we were looking for. Pricing seems reasonable. They take credit cards. (You can look up merchandise on your phone if using the Home Depot app.) They even have special promotional programs for contractors.

We love the kid's workshop they host. While it does get loud with a bunch of kids hammering, it's totally worth it. My kids look forward to going to these events, plus learning to build something from scratch is a great life skill! The staff that host the workshop are always kind and pleasant as well.

Stopped in with questions about getting a board cut. I was sent down aisle 22 to expect a worker to meet me. The person sent walked right by me, came back a couple minutes later and appeared really out of it, looked to be stoned. Not who I would want working with a table saw. Went back to front and asked for a manager, was ignored. On my way to Lowe’s!!

It would be nice to get a "thank you" when you leave the store after spending $203. I didn't have to to spend MY money there which pays your salaries. Get your faces out of your personal phone's on company time and pay attention to your customers! WTH.....this is WHY I do not generally shop in Forest Park. Very rude employees at the Cracker Barrel, McDonald's and now Home Depot. NOTE: THERE WAS 1 Employee who was very interactive with me while I was shopping there,v walking around the store. She should be promoted to management.

Stores like this, I absolutely HAVE to know what I need precisely, before I walk in. If i wing it, unplanned... its a field trip of horrors for me. Haha. Luckily, this was an easy day. I'm refreshing my garage with quick fixes and a touch of paint (primer really). A few essentials from the paint department and I was out of there. No problems. No hassle. And affordable!
