The Home Depot

What's the point of having displays and machines that only associates can use/open if none of the ones in the store are willing to help? I wanted to get a key copy made and I was left waiting for an hour before I gave up and left. Last time was a 20 minute wait too! Sick of this and absolutely infuriating. The minute key kiosk wouldn't accept mine or another customers keys as well ans that man had to just leave because we weren't getting any help at all.

It's rare to encounter such genuine care and attention to detail in customer service these days, but Home Depot exceeded my expectations in every way.

The cleanest Home Depot I have ever been too. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. The Garden Center is absolutely beautiful and very green with all of their flowers and plants. You always see someone taking care and watering everything in the Garden center. Definitely a good place to shop for all your gardening needs.

Home Depot It's always an enjoyable experience you'll get everything and more for any job. The only thing that has ever been lacking was customer service. About a week and a half ago I rented a power washer. It was a flawless machine but, when my employer was asking questions of the staff at Home Depot they were quickly met with would you like me to cancel your equipment. All because she was asking about why they hold on to your information so long. I understand some people can ask more questions than others and it seems overbearing at times. This employee kind of joked it off but at the same time I could sense some hostility. We ended up renting the power washer to return and hour and a half later because they didn't put any gas in it after repeatedly mentioning they will fill it all the

This has got to be the slowest home depot in the country. 3 weeks ago I waited almost an hour for someone on a forklift to get a pallet of charcoal down from the very top of the light bulb isle. Today I'm waiting almost 30 minutes and still counting for someone to come cut a 2x12x12 in half. Yall have got to get some pep in your step.
