I can’t say I am a handy person but I had a few projects that needed to be done. I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot, all thanks to Dave in the electrical department. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through my project from start to finish. Not only was he kind and patient, but he also made sure I understood each step thoroughly. Dave didn’t just stop at the electrical part; he accompanied me to the lumber department to ensure I had everything I needed for my project. His effort to go above and beyond was truly appreciated, making my visit a wonderful one. I am very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend seeking out Dave for any home improvement needs. Thank you, Dave, for making this experience outstanding!

My recent visit to Home Depot was very surprising. I was greeted at the Clifton store by Terry, a most helpful man. I am not a contractor or a knowledgeable man with a measuring tape. I needed help buying a screen door. Terry walked to the proper department and introduced me to Dan. The process went smoothly, and very pleasantly. Both Dan and Terry were polite, helpful, patient and I was able to select a door, make installation arrangements, in no time at all. Home Depot is lucky to have these employees represent their store. My sincerest thanks to Dan and Terry.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at Home Depot Clifton I want to take a moment to recognize a truly stupendous employee at the Home Depot in Clifton, named Terry. Every time I shop there, he goes above and beyond in a way that’s honestly rare to find these days. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the entire store — no matter what I’m looking for, he knows exactly where it is and walks me right to it without hesitation. That kind of confidence and expertise makes such a difference, especially in a store as big as Home Depot. On top of being highly skilled, he’s also genuinely friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. He has a great sense of humor that makes errands feel less like a chore and more like a positive experience. You can tell he enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does,

Home Depot Clifton has put me through one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a major retailer. I ordered a fridge (Invoice H0908-421188). It arrived, didn’t fit by TWO inches, delivery takes it back and says refund will process automatically. -Days go by: no refund. -I go to the store: told 7–10 business days. -Waited. Nothing. -Credit card rep says refund “shows on their end,” but still zero money back to me. Finally I call again and Manager Joanna tells me- that too for the FIRST time I got this info- that because I paid using both debit + Home Depot credit card, I must physically come in to the store to even START my refund. That was never mentioned by delivery, by the rep, or by credit support. The original Sales Person (UUQI43M) also told me the refund would just

John from the plumbing department was super helpful and led me to finally finish a project that stretched into 4 days!! All the pieces he gave me worked perfect for my sink sprayer! Thank you! Also the woman at the return center with short hair and glasses was so sweet and fun to talk to! You guys have a great team here.
