Tonight I began a search for a freezer for my mother in law. My second THD stop was in Clovis at Store 0664. I found exactly what my wife and mother in law wanted. On top of that it was on sell and a floor model. It was 9:25 pm on a Friday. Hardly anyone in the store and two employees, Rolando and Nick W.helped me out. First of all, I know some people will say they were just doing their job. However, I don't know how many times I've been in a store in recent years and the customer service is slow, no personality, apathetic, or just non existent. These two gentleman were professional, answered questions with a smile, wrapped and loaded the freezer in my truck. It was refreshing and an otherwise great end to a long day. I would like to take a moment to thank Home Depot in Clovis and in particular Mr. Mike Torralua. I was given an $80 gift card for my birthday and entered the Clovis Home Depot to buy some items only to find out that the card had been redeemed by a crook. I had the purchase receipt for the card. I was referred to Mr. Torralua who took care of the problem immediately and in a professional manner. After analyzing the situation he was able to get a new $80 gift certificate issued in a manner of days. Thank you to Mike Torralua and Home Depot for standing behind your business.

I was in the door knob aisle and it was closed. Christian was up on his forklift chair lift and he saw me. Immediately he told me to come in. I wasn't sure about it until he got down and opened the aisle for me as he was already finished. He helped me find the right door knob for an old house my sister had and we didnt know it was a Schlange. Christian was very polite, courteous and above all respectful kind and quick. He helped me rekey the doorknob I wanted to purchase and he also made an extra key for me. Christian was very patient as every single colleague and manager called him what seemed every single minute. Went to my Clovis Home Depot tonight. Decided on some paint and the paint specialist, Romen D 24 was extremely helpful. The computer was being difficult and match wasn't working well so he told me what he could do to get my order filled. Seldom do you get a "I can do this"!!!! The paint was perfect and no trip back!! The kid is friendly and explained as he took care of my paint needs. Thanks again Romen you did Home Depot proud!
