I ordered windows through Home Depot in August, and the project didn’t actually start until November due to two windows being ordered in the wrong size. So they did most of the install then have to come back. Very inconvenient. This caused major delays, multiple reinstallations, and during one visit, the crew broke a tile in my flooring. The front door was also ordered incorrectly. While I did receive a credit to upgrade to the door I originally requested, this should have been handled correctly from the start. Communication was the biggest issue. The office representative was very hard to reach, often taking 24 hours or more to respond, and there was clearly poor communication between Home Depot’s service office and the installation crew. We went through Home Depot to install new kitchen cabinets. The installer was professional and did a good job. Our issue has been with Home Depot’s customer service. We constantly had to ask for reminders and follow up with Home Depot to work with the installer. Our project was delayed because Home Depot wasn’t proactive in the project management stages and didn’t communicate if items were missing/ needing payment. We bought the cabinets in September and paid for installation in early October. The cabinets were not delivered until late October. The installer found some plumbing and electrical needed to be moved around so the final install didn’t take place until mid November. From the moment we walked in, she was absolutely fabulous. She was very attentive, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. Susan has amazing customer service skills — great energy, a positive attitude, and just genuinely sweet all the way around. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days. It’s clear she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re shopping at the Coconut Creek store, I highly recommend asking for Susan D. She is an absolute gem!

Awesome experience at Home Depot! Billy helped me find the exact same sink for a way cheaper price and helped us with the whole delivery process. He had so much patience and expertise!! Definitely would recommend 😊😊

On Saturday we walked into Home Depot in Coconut Creek and was met by a gentleman named Billy, he asked if he could help me and I knew from that moment that he was there for us, we are in the process of remolding our bathroom and we’re looking for the perfect tile, Billly was very knowledgeable and made it so easy, he’s also just a nice person and we enjoyed just talking to each other, Home Depot is a great operation and there lucky to have Billy S.
