I went to this Home Depot, the one at 4700 Cherry Hill Road & Kevin Sashannie Shemar & Daryl all helped me with the purchase of Skelly the 12ft Skeleton! They were very sweet, their communication and teamwork was phenomenal when disassembling the display. It only took 30mins to take down the display and they put them in three shopping carts for me in an orderly manner without any hiccups. Sashannie, Kevin and Daryl made sure that I was very well taken care of and Shemar guided me on the app on where to find the assembly instructions. They rock! Keep up the great work ya’ll! This U.S. Army Veteran is proud of y’all’s dedication & teamwork ethic.

BY FAR the BEST customer service I have EVER received at a Home Depot and funny enough I come here more than I do my own home lol !! But today was just for a brief visit trying to make some keys but I was having some trouble operating the machine and out of nowhere like a angel I hear a voice say "may i help you with anything sir," confused because i was so focused on trying to work the machine that i had to turn around and make sure I wasn't going crazy and then I was greeted by a very kind and aidful young man by the name of Daryl Mr. Daryl then directed me to another section of the store where other key machines resided where he as well so kindly took initiative and made the keys for me... I hope the Home Depot team of this location realize how much of an asset this individual is to

I recently attempted to return builder’s paper at the Home Depot in Beltsville on Baltimore Avenue near IKEA. Unfortunately, my experience with the on-site manager, Elsy, was very disappointing. There was no greeting or attempt at customer service. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The item had gotten wet but was unopened and not damaged beyond use. When I asked whether I should allow it to dry before returning it, since no alternatives were offered, I was met with a scoff and told it could not go back on the floor. After leaving, I contacted customer service directly and was informed that the item could in fact be returned since it was unopened and not irreparably damaged. However, I was told a note had already been placed on the account citing store policy. As someone who

My husband and I was walking around the grill section looking for necessary items and I was greeted by such a sweet warm spirited lady her name was Mrs.Kay she made sure we found what we were looking for and even made a few recommendations. She was very attentive, kind and patient. We even chatted for a little bit and had a couple of laughs. I know who to go to whenever I need help at Home Depot. Other times I have gone there no employees would acknowledge me or seem to care to help me out, but Mrs.Kay quickly came up to my husband and I and asked what we were looking for and gladly helped us. This kind woman deserves a good raise lol I had a pleasant experience with her.

I live near this location and I have gone here many times only to find that the bolts, washers, ductwork, and other hardware items are not correctly stocked. The drawer will be filled with the wrong item or empty altogether. I have learned that it’s a much better use of time to drive 5 miles to the next nearest actual hardware store in Silver Spring where the experience will be a helpful one and not one that just adds frustration to my day.
