The experience overall was okay It's just that the couple products I went to go in and buy weren't there and wasted about 30 minutes trying to find them since I couldn't find immediate help right away, which was a bit frustrating because it said it was available in the store online

I always have a great experience at this Home Depot. I was in today looking for a part for my gate, and one of the managers (didn’t catch his name) went out of his way to help me track down exactly what I needed. Every time I shop here, the team is helpful, the selection is solid, and they almost always have what I’m looking for. And honestly, their prices usually beat Lowe’s. Highly recommend this location.

I had an unusual experience. I bought a fridge...making sure the door could be reversed. I picked it up, got it home and proceeded to switch the door swing. They sent everything I needed except one part OR the part that should have been able to move from one side to the other could not be removed and I damaged it trying to get it out. I fought with the manufacturer for weeks. They did not have the part and weren't willing to do anything for me...absolutely nothing from them. My only option was to call the local store. I spoke to the manager Melissa and explained the situation. She had an employee try to switch the swing on an identical fridge, and they were successful. We then discussed options for me to swap out the fridge. I'm up in age and had just unloaded and set up the first one and
