The parking lots are kept clean of snow, carts are kept ready inside the entrance enclosure, making it convenient and less exposed to the cold weather. Went for snow melter & engine oil for snow thrower. At the self checkout, was looking for the barcode to scan for the 50 lb snow melter bag. Lady at the self checkout help came to show me that the barcode is right on the top opening! Made it so easy for me! She knew everything, helped another customer also locate something else. This store is very customer friendly. Mr.Angle at the Pro Desk is extremely helpful. He helped me design an upper level deck with Home Depot software and guided me buying all the lumber and fasteners 2 years back. Exceptionally well maintained and managed store. Yesterd I noticed there were fewer staff mostly women and new faces .I like HD store ,you find almost all what you're looking for .But now a days do not expect a staff is available for assistance .Other customers are also frustrated so you got to search on your own .This has been my observation for a long time , most of the worker does not have a clue, if u ask for help , which I tried many times .I feel they only show up but very few are there to work ! Either they tell you I will ask someone to help you or just physically there but not really to help the customer ! I have been going in your store for years ! I understand everyone need a job but please consider this comment when you hire these so called workers .Thank you for paying attention .

I went into this store for weather stripping for the garage, gentleman name Steve was superb with helping me with everything I needed,came back cause had a lil trouble with one and young lady name KC was so very helpful and kind, her attitude was perfect,she smiled the whole time. I use to not like coming to this store cause of the customer service within. Now since I've been here 4times the staff seems more joyful and helpful

I absolutely adore the manager of the paint department, Khalil! He always greets me and my dad with a smile, and asks us what project we’re working on next. This kind of customer service is rare these days and it’s so appreciated when he gives me advice on what I need. I actually don’t dread picking up supplies for my projects because of the friendship we’ve created. This is good one, Home Depot! Thanks!
