The Home Depot

Came in here and met one of the workers named Frankie. He was very helpful he got me the Home Depot credit card that I was looking to get and having trouble online achieving. He sat down with me took care of everything and got me 25,000 credit limit. He also helped me get two toilets and had some workers take them off of the very top shelf very promptly and I just wanted to give him a shout out because he's a good person and he values his job. It's good to see people who actually care and take pride in their job and he is one of them. Thank you Frankie

The workers actively avoid you. I needed help, found 3 workers, when they noticed i was coming at them for a reason, they would break eye contact, and walk away, making turns and literally trying to hide. From the very back of the store after walking around for 15 mins looking for help, and after the 3rd worker actively avoided me, i had to go to the front desk, where an older guy... tried? to help me. Called a manager, the manager refused to walk to the front of the store, so the guy at the front told me he didnt feel like walking up here, so i walked out and went to lowes 2 mins down the road. Where i was OFFERED help as i walked in. I was shocked how the workers acted, until the manager literally told me he didnt feel like leaving the office.... Now i understand why the store does such

Placed custom order. It was not delivered on the day that I was notified that it will. No Phone call or email to let me know what happened. Call the store 4 times . Nobody has any info. One person was saying it was delivered. The other put me on the long hold and never came back.And the other hung up on me. Still don't have the information.

The worst truck rental service I’ve had from any Home Depot. When I arrived it took 20 minutes for them to find the key. (It was locked in an employee locker) the cover to the gas cap was missing, making it impossible to open to refill (apparently there’s a trick to it but no employee showed me the van beforehand) they charged me $62 for a quarter of a tank. You think they would waive that fee since it was their employee that failed to instruct me how, and their damage that was on the van. there was no washer fluid in the van and the windshield was filthy. Just a sloppy experience, all things that could easily be fixed.

Worst shopping carts! I understand they have anti-theft devices on them to keep them from being stolen. Why do I have to struggle with the cart, even when it's empty? The carts at other stores with devices are not as challenging as the Home Depot carts. Checkout stinks, they always have 2 people working with self checkout and no cashiers. I brought an interior door to checkout and it had no label or barcode to scan. The HD Associate assisting me made no attempt to get information on the door and told me I had to go back and take a picture of the product description and price from the label on the bin where I got the door. I bought the door at Lowes.
