The Home Depot

As Home Depot locations go, this one proves adequate. You get what you expect from a company that's spent decades lowering and lowering people's expectations - from forcing you to do self-checkout, to few and very inexperienced and incompetent employees, to higher prices while offering nothing in return. And of course, the corporation supports radical conservative agendas so I only shop at any HD location out of absolute necessity. Otherwise, I try to stay with True Value or smaller independent stores or if I have to, Lowe's.

Self checkout shouldn’t be a conscience. If you allow me to self checkout then let me do so, do stand there over my shoulder to make sure I am doing your job and treat me as a theif. I asked your employee to back up and give me space and she refused and pressed harder. Really bad business practice and I can’t wait for your company to be replaced by one run with your initial standards and customer appreciation. You are disgrace to the supply industry.

I went this Home Depot because I registered its 'Veggie Caddy' workshop at 6 PM to learn about making my own herb pots. I arrived 10 minutes earlier and asked where the workshop was held to its staffs. They kindly tried to find the answer; however no one could help me to get the workshop place....I waited until 6:15 and left from the Home Depot because I was not confident whether I would get the workshop since none of its staffs were able to help me. I couldn't believe how this could be happened... Kind gestured but no solution available from 5 staffs including the customer service desk...amazing.

No employees, 1 cashier, I refuse to use self check out. I’m not on the clock and it’s a job killer. Customer Service agent would rather spend 10 minutes talking to a client then helping the other 4 people in line. Only 1 customer service agent. No one at Pro Desk and yes I’m a contractor with a National Account. Shopping carts all over the place in the parking lot 5:50. 3/10/20 Find a different Home Depot or goes to Lowe’s.

Best tools and material selection around. Clean and logical placement of products help to get in and out in a timely fashion. Staff is also courteous and knowledgeable. My favorite place to shop!
