The Home Depot

I was in Home Depot on university dr, I work with a fantastic sales lady by the name of Shobhana she was be Patient and knowledgeable with the refrigerators. I was asking her lots of questions and she stayed with it with me till the end. all the people at this Home Depot are really wonderful. Thank you for hiring such a nice people.

The buying experience at this Home Depot was actually fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when my mom and I purchased a Maytag washer/dryer set about two years ago. No complaints there. The problem is what happens after the sale. Not long after the warranty period ended, the machine started having issues. We contacted both Home Depot and Maytag, and that’s where things fell apart. Home Depot immediately washes their hands of it and tells you to deal with the manufacturer. Maytag scheduled a service appointment, never showed up, and then somehow had no record of the call when my mom followed up — even though she absolutely did call. At that point, she had to find and pay someone else to fix it. For a $900 appliance, a two-year warranty feels pretty weak, especially when these machines

I am going to be 100% honest. On December 10, 2025, I visited The Home Depot located at 750 North University Drive, Coral Springs Florida, at approximately 9:33pm. I visited The Home Depot because I needed a low voltage connector for my outdoor lighting. I could not locate the item myself and I located an Home Depo employee named Andy ( or Emmanuel) . I told him what I was looking for. He was polite and immediately began to escort me to the item I had requested. He located the item for me very quickly. I was impressed of his knowledge of the store and his overall great customer service skills. This experience really bought joy to my heart and made me feel valued as a human not just as a customer. This Home Depot is one of the rare ones (Coral Springs). I was able to find assistance not just in one department, but in two- the Wood & Hardware Depts. Kudos to the store manager for having great employees and to the staff for their excellent service. This store has a great selection of items, and products are normally in stock.

The store really needs a double thumbs up if you want to go to a clean orderly store this is where you need to shop. And most importantly the customer service is amazing they actually call you back they actually help you with your needs special mansion Julie N I rented a truck by the way which ran great I left my keys in the truck for my BMW. I called up in the morning talk to Julie not only did she look for them in the lost and found but she went out to the truck and found them they were stuck between the seats.Remey deserves another mention I called to rent a truck he said there was none in stock right now but I asked him if I could have him call me back if one would come in and he did.
