The Home Depot

Placed an order and paid extra for same day delivery. A little while later I get a message saying that my items were split into 2 shipments and 3 of my items will now be here tomorrow. That doesn’t work for me. I need them today. So I reach out to customer service who tells me that it was split into two shipments due to driver availability? Huh? I ordered 6 very small items and 3 are being delivered today. SO, why weren’t the other 3 small items given to the same driver? Makes absolutely no sense at all. Last time I’ll order from them. Lowe’s will get my business from now on.

Due to a lack of vision by an older Covington City Council, this store is smaller than your average Home Depot. With it being smaller, there are things it just doesn't have, because there isn't room to stock them. You can order them in, if you don't mind waiting a week but if you're going to do that, you can order from Amazon and have it here tomorrow. The staff in the store is exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful and the manager (Rick) is accessible. I do NOT like that if I want to pay to an actual cashier, I have to go to the pro desk or Garden Center.

I live right between this Home Depot and the Kent Home Depot. We typically choose this location because it’s a little smaller and easier to find what we are looking for! This store has most everything we need and is always clean. The staff has always been super helpful. I recommend this Home Depot branch!

The incompetent young man, "Christian" who stared blankly into my eyes for thirty seconds before asking me, "What are you here for", genuinely upset me beyond belief while I was holding my item in the return line. I truly have never been so awestruck at a clueless employee such as him that can somehow manage a basic cash return from my broken hand vacuum.

Paint lady working on 03/05/26 in the AM was the rudest employee i’ve come across. made me wait so she can pick boogers out of her nails for 4 mins before even asking if i needed help. Yes i was standing in front of her watching and waiting. Set my paint on the other counter across from me when i was standing there. Another weird/rude thing to do. asked if she could bring it to me, she said no and stormed off. You’re in customer service, do your job.
