My wife and I have had a most rewarding, wonderful, and immensely pleasing purchase experience of a new oven and refrigerator from the Home Depot, Market Place Commons, in Cumming, Georgia First of all, Howard Veal (the Millwork Specialist and Appliance Specialist), provided such exceptional total quality management (most excellent customer service) by patiently most amicably helped us by showing us the various appliances. He tremendously aided us in helping us to decide products were best for our house. He was so wonderful! Jackie, the Appliance Specialist, was also very helpful in our purchase as well! Victoria, the Service Desk Associate, in the front of the store was also so very kind in dealing with a price adjustment on one the items also. And, Amber, the CRU, was so great and

We bought paint today in the Cumming location. Megan helped us SO MUCH!!! We are moving our business to a new location, and there are SO many different things that need a fresh coat. Megan was AMAZING answering our questions about what type of paint to use on the different textured surfaces… We got our paint VERY quickly despite her busy counter. We don’t often leave reviews… but it was imperative that her superiors know how great she was 🧡

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at Home Depot thanks to Jackie in the appliance section. From the moment I approached them, they were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained the differences between models in a clear and honest way, and made the entire decision process so much easier. What impressed me most was their patience and attention to detail. They answered every question, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines expertise with such great customer service, but Jackie absolutely delivered. She is a pro. Home Depot is lucky to have her!!

If zero stars was an option they would have it. I had 2 employees one blonde female and an older male that were home depot employees passing by. I asked both if I could have some help getting a door mat instead of making a mess as the mat was at the very bottom. I kid you not the young lady ignored me and continued walking. The male was going to do the same had I not raised my voice a notch louder. After my second request for help the gentleman tells me he has to load 15 bags of mulch. How is this my problem… It’s not. He could have said I can have someone assist you but I am headed to assist another customer. I am upset about this experience. I put my $500+ cart back and went to Lowe’s were service was much better for a few dollars more. Do Better Home Depot

EDIT: No one at the paint desk. I had someone call for a worker on the intercom. No one came. I asked again. They were unapologetic and told me someone would come. Customer service is usually pretty slow. Waited 15 minutes today. Not especially unusual.
