STORE IS POORLY MANAGED! I am a customer, as a contractor and homeowner. I have an older granite proposal that I wanted to reactivate and setup installation, $8000.00. I visited on a Sunday and was told no one was working the kitchen dept come back Monday, we showed up Tuesday and could not find a soul to wait on us. No, manager and no help from customer service. One female customer service rep suggested Lowes. Lol, a paid employee making that statement is wild. We took her advice and went to Lowes. Order completed. A couple of other HD workers all mostly looking at thier phone knew, nothing too. WE WILL PROBABLY BE BACK IN THE FUTURE, JUST WANTED TO PUNISH HD and go elsewhere.

A special thank-you to Chase, who went above and beyond to help us today — from jumping in right away, pulling the cinder blocks we needed, guiding us through the checkout, and even loading everything into our car. Wow! Truly impressive service, and even more so to hear him say with such pride, “That’s my job.” Exceptional dedication from anyone, especially a young adult. We were so gratefully and impressed and will be sure to share this story about our service with Chase!

I am filing a complaint about an employee who works at the reception in the material return and truck rental department. Every time I am assisted by this person, he is complaining about customers and other employees. I have seen his phone ring and he said he wasn’t going to answer it, and that he wasn’t going to help anyone. I am always at this Home Depot, and it happens every time. This last time, I went to rent a truck and heard him complaining, “Why don’t you make this reservation online?” and he kept complaining. I also always see him arguing with other employees. I’m not someone who usually complains — I love the service at all the other Home Depots, including this one — but this isn’t the first time this has happened. I am a customer, I respect everyone, and I am always very polite

They literally don’t want your money here. This store is horribly mismanaged. It looks ransacked at all times. Everything is empty and you feel like you are at a discount store. The flooring area is out of samples entirely. We came in today to order a little over $20,000 in carpet. We waited for 30 minutes for help in the flooring section and no one was there. Finally, an associate was able to track down the woman working in flooring. She said she was going to be a “long time” because she was helping another customer. We left and we are ordering our carpet at a local carpet supplier who actually wants our business. This is a dirty company who hates its customers. Don’t fight to spend your money at a place that doesn’t want it. Shameful.
