I came in for a special item, so special that many stores don't have them on hand, and if they do, they only have a few. I think I was helped more this time than I've ever been helped at any HomeDepot. Her name is Toni and she works the front .. either a register or a manager there. She initiated the help in her own, and when the product wasn't locked in front where it was supposed to be, she went looking at the several places throughout the store where it could be. She didn't peek, she searched .. over 30 minutes trying to find one of the 6 that were supposed to be there. When she gave up the search, she decided to contact another close store. They charged me almost $23 more because I took about 25 minutes. The girl started timing me 10 minutes after my transaction ended and she gave me the keys, and it's been over four days and they haven't refunded me the money they claim is owed to me. And the $83 they charged me is a huge sum. Don't rent from Los Troses because I had the worst experience of my life; they practically asked for a kidney, lol. I'm not giving them zero stars for customer service because I can't, and for the poor service they provide, especially this guy in Daytona Beach, Florida.

We love this place, however be cautious when choosing a grill. After a sales associate convinced us to buy a grill, we just purchased a Weber 22" Original Kettle Premium Black and when we unboxed it, the entire side of the lid was missing paint exposing the metals. It is quite disappointing. Not the salesman's fault but he sang this grill praises and it certainly did not meet expectations.

I got assistance from a worker named Lilia and she was very abrasive with helping me and didn’t seem like she wanted to do it, ultimately I got help from a different worker and got the issue solved but Lilia is someone I’d stay away from.
